Steel, also known as iron alloy, is found 35% of the whole mass Earth. It in many applications due to its unique properties. Alloying elements provide backbone support for iron, improving mechanical, physical, chemical, and structural Failure steel chemical reaction i.e., corrosion, it unavoidable, but can be prolonged. Applications such marine have a salt corrosive environment. High-temperature power plants, gas turbines components, combustion engine components accelerate air oxidization at higher temperatures. Protection coating alters composition alloy surfaces by using techniques like conversion coating, mechanical alloying, ion beam implantation, laser cladding, thermochemical treatments. coatings adhere surface prevent from direct contact with environment, which formed vapor deposition, physical electroplating, bath, sol-gel, thermal spraying, hot-dip coating.
